Miller is the all time NBA record holder for 3 pointers made with 2,560 and attempted with 6,486 while shooting an amazing 39.5%. Miller accomplished this record through consistency, as he was in the top ten for 3 pointers made and attempted every year of his 15 year career.


2. Ray Allen - Ray Allen is the best shooter in the NBA today with perhaps the most fundamental shooting motion and and may well take his place as the best ever before he is done.

3. Larry Bird - When you think of the best shooters of all time you can’t finish a list without Larry Bird. Since Bird’s arrival into the league in 1979 every great shooter has been compared to him.
